RHR Welcomes 2025 Design Team
Rogues Hollow Regiment is jumping into the 2025 season with a wonderful design team! After a thrilling 2024 season with our show “27”, we are excited to see what’s next for RHR.

Ephraim Miller - Brass Arranger/Composer
Dietra Azbell - Color Guard Designer
Angelo Kortyka is an educator, visual consultant, designer, and adjudicator based in Lakewood Ohio. He has designed award winning marching band shows for programs in Northeast Ohio and Northwest Pennsylvania and is currently the director of instrumental music at Longfellow Middle School in Lorain, Ohio. In 2023, he joined us as a member and returned in 2024 as a design consultant.
John Max McFarland is an active composer/arranger in WGI, DCI, and BOA. From 2013 to 2015 he was the percussion composer/arranger for Pioneer Drum and Bugle Corps from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This will be his second year with Rogues Hollow Regiment, and will be our full percussion arranger.
Carl Diefenbach will be joining us for the first time this year as the Visual Designer for the 2025 season. Carl is originally from Wintersville Ohio but now hails from Lewis Center Ohio and is retired from the US Army after 31 Years of service. He is currently the international trainer for RFID operations for a local company. Carl also owns C-Bach Music and Design and is a regional sales representative for Fruhauf Uniforms.
Ephraim Miller has been an instructor and arranger for the Rogues Hollow Regiment since 2017. He has held several concurrent roles with the corps throughout the years, including program design, visual high brass instruction, visual instruction and media production. Ephraim’s continued dedication to RHR has greatly contributed to the rapid growth and success of the organization.
Dietra Azbell has been involved in the marching arts since beginning her performance career in 2009 at Liberty Union High School. After high school, she went on to study at Capital University, earning a bachelor's degree in business management. This will be her second year on the design team for Rogues Hollow Regiment.
