CUBE WYRICK
Color Guard Technician
Cube Wyrick is an accomplished performer and educator in the world of color guard, known for his dynamic performance quality and passion for developing young performers. His marching career includes seasons with two nationally recognized programs. He performed with the Blue Stars Drum & Bugle Corps Color Guard in 2019 and 2021, contributing to the group’s high-energy visual ensemble on the DCI field. Cube also brought his talents indoors with Onyx Independent World, performing during the 2021 and 2022 WGI seasons as part of one of the activity’s most innovative and respected World Class ensembles.
Transitioning into education, Cube has worked with several successful scholastic programs in Kentucky. He has served as a color guard instructor for the Tates Creek Marching Band in Lexington during the 2023 and 2024 seasons, as well as for the Tates Creek Winter Guard in 2024. In addition, he joined the Eastern High School Winter Guard in Louisville as interim staff for the 2024 season, supporting the team through training, choreography, and performance preparation.
With experience spanning DCI, WGI World Class, and multiple scholastic programs, Cube continues to bring creativity, excellence, and dedication to every ensemble he works with.
