Dalton Carney is an Appalachian native composer, mallet percussionist, and 3 year WGI Percussion Independent World class finalist. While studying at Marshall University he wrote and performed multiple works at SCI (Society of Composers, Inc.) music festivals across West Virginia. Later, he earned a Bachelors of Fine Arts in music theory/composition in 2022, and currently resides in Hurricane, West Virginia. This will be Dalton’s second season teaching with Rogues Hollow Regiment
