Katie Powell grew up in Doylestown, OH, and she is a founding member of Rogues Hollow Regiment. She marched from 2015 to 2019, and was also a member of Visual Staff for the 2019 season.

Before the start of RHR, Katie marched mellophone for 4 years in the Chippewa High School Marching Band, and was an active member with the Brass Band of the Western Reserve from 2011 to 2016, resuming again in 2021 for one season.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, camping, kayaking, fishing, and being anywhere outdoors with her fiancé, Mary, and her son Walter. She also enjoys her two mischief-making cats.
